A woman is under arrest this morning after she drove over a median, through at least one light post as well as a sign and additionally is believed to have struck a panhandler on the Mass Ave Connector on Methadone Mile.

The young woman who The Massachusetts State Police have identified as Kylie Fox, is a 26-year-old resident of South Boston. The person who she is alleged to have struck was taken by Boston EMS to a local area hospital is very minor injuries.

During the incident a second person was detained by Boston Police after he attempted to drive through the blocked road where the scene had been secured. The man who was originally confrontational with Police ended up driving away with traffic citation and a smile on his face.

According to witnesses Fox attempted to flee the scene after the accident, however her vehicle ended up dying preventing her escape. During the entire field sobriety exam Fox could be clearly seen stumbling and struggling to stand upright.

Fox is facing charges of OUI Liquor, Negligent Operation, Marked Lanes, Unsafe Operation of a Motor Vehicle following the incident the State Police confirmed this afternoon.
