Sunday morning, shortly after 00:30 hours, Boston Police Officers were called to an address on Magazine Street in Roxbury for a man complaining of injuries after an assault.

When officers arrived the found a man suffering from major trauma to his head. Pools of blood and splatter could be seen on the sidewalk and covering his moped. As EMTs arrived on scene blood could be seen pouring from his head.

After speaking with police, the man informed them that the attack had occurred on Bowdoin Street in Dorchester and C-11 units were notified. A short time later, a crime scene was located, with District Detectives responding to process the scene.

At this time very little is known about the suspect besides the fact he was in possession of a large metal pipe which was used to brutally beat the victim.
