
At approximately 10:14 hours on Sunday morning, November 6, Boston EMTs and Boston Police officers assigned to District C-6 responded to reports of a person who was stabbed on Atkinson Street in South Boston.

When first responders arrived at the scene, EMTs were able to confirm that there was one male victim suffering from stab wounds to his shoulder. EMTs helped him into an ambulance en route to the Boston Medical Center so he could receive treatment, but his injuries were deemed non-life-threatening and he is expected to fully recover.

Police officers canvased the area for witnesses and evidence. At this time, there is little information regarding the incident. There was unfortunately no information on possible suspects and police are still actively investigating any leads.
