REVERE, MA – On the morning of November 2, 2023, the Revere Fire Department along side several neighboring communities battled 3 separate house fires in Revere. At this time the fires are still under investigation.
At around 8:15 AM Thursday morning, November 2, 2023, Firefighters were first called to the area of 46 Howard St for a report of a fire. Upon arrival, companies located a 2.5 story duplex with heavy smoke showing from the roof. A 2nd Alarm was called. By 8:45 AM, a third alarm had been transmitted and companies had been ordered out of the building.

Just after 11:00 AM as firefighters were still fighting the fire on Howard St, they were called to a second fire at 75 Cummings Ave after a 911 call. The Mutual Aid companies that were covering Revere responded to that report and Uupon arrival, companies located a fire in the home. A second working fire was ordered at this time.

At approximately 11:40 AM, Revere received another call for a possible fire at 529 Broadway inside of a restaurant. Firefighters arrived shortly after the call and located a small grease fire in the kitchen. Command ordered an All Companies Working but managed to extinguish the grease fire without ordered the working fire.
By 12:45 PM, firefighters were still working at the Howard St and Cummings Ave scenes. Both required extensive overhauling of the buildings to prevent another fire from starting.
It is unknown at this time if any injuries were reported or the number of occupants that have been displaced.
